Day to day tracking of contract statuses. Such tasks include:
Database creation (Excel, Google Sheets)
Database management (Excel, Google Sheets); specifically:
Update on current condition of on-going contracts.
Update on contracts won.
Update on contracts lost, and reason for loss.
Coordination with designated Company personnel regarding contract information, and updates.
Business Development Research and Information Management; such tasks include:
Database creation (Excel, Google Sheets) - Must match specifications set by Manager in terms of source of information, format, and type of information captured.
Database management (Excel, Google Sheets); specifically:
Encoding of new bid opportunities, from Company provided channels.
Research on bid technical, legal, financial, and administrative qualifications/requirements.
Client Information Management:
Database creation (Excel, Google Sheets) - Must match specifications set by Manager in terms of source of information, format, and type of information captured.
Database management (Excel, Google Sheets); specifically:
Encoding of new bid opportunities, from official, or unofficial channels.
Research on bid technical, legal, financial, and administrative qualifications/requirements.
Contacting of prospective clients in pursuit of business development research.
Interdepartmental Coordination - Must be able to match contracts/bids available to Business Development personnel that takes into account the following points of reference for each Business Development personnel:

Subcontractor / Vendor / Supplier Relations Management and Research - Connect existing departments with suppliers in terms of increasing capacity to provide additional services.
Proposal Writing; such tasks include:
Drafting of proposals based on information requested, and available services of the company.
Sending of proposals to Clients.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or Commerce.
Has atleast 1-2 year/s work experience.
Preferably living in Quezon City.
