Job Description:
Your Tasks
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
(MHS Certification)
In this role, you will be responsible for the Business Development activities of MHS Certification within the Philippines. In addition, you will focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to increase revenue and achieve long term growth and success. You will work closely with the BU Head, MHS Certification (ASEAN) to support the growth and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for MHS Certification services
Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets, including cross selling opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients
Develop go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
Build long-term partnerships with business partners and clients
Drive related marketing, market research and competitive intelligence activities
Key Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Biomedical Engineering OR a Science discipline with at least 2 years of sales or business development experience for medical devices in B2B environment
Preferable with background knowledge on ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745, EU IVDR 2017/746 and MDSAP, and a fast learner for ever evolving regulatory requirements.
Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders.
Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects.
Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
