BUSINESS COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT
 
Ensure company's adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies by assisting with tasks like processing of LGU permits, government mandated compliance, regulations, and reportorials.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Process BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, SEC, LGU, and other government agencies compliances, registrations, returns, requirements, certifications, and reportorials.
Assist in filing payments, returns, registration, reportorials using designated platforms.
Continuously monitor and evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. 
Keeping abreast of related laws and compliances.
 Qualifications:
Graduate in Accountancy or any business related course
Strong understanding of relevant business compliances, financial regulations, such as those related to lending, investments, and consumer protection. 
At least 1 year related experience.
With valid driver's license and knows how to drive, motorcycle or car is preferable.
Willing to do field work to accomplish all necessary processes.
Ability to analyze data and assess compliance risks. 
Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate compliance issues and concerns. 
Ability to identify and resolve compliance issues.
