Business Application Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains)
Job Overview:
Functional support role for MS Dynamics - Great Plains.
Job Summary:
Support existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proprietary applications.
Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients.
Design & implement fixes to user issues by using various tools.
Consult with team members to determine the most appropriate solutions for clients.
Identify and recommend customization and enhancements to meet client requirements.
Assist during project implementations, which may include configuring the system, loading data, conducting training, and other related tasks.
Ensure ticket resolution meets required service levels and timelines.
Assist clients on the use of Dynamics 365 and proprietary applications.
Requirements:
Proven at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics as a Functional Support/Consultant for Great Plains.
Must be experienced from 2016 to Present versions of the software.
Experienced with at least 3 full-cycle project implementation.
Experienced with international audience/end-user/client not just with local.
Have strong accounting experience/background.
Must be amenable to a home-based-job on a North America Shift Schedule.
