Drive the adoption and implementation of new automation technologies using Alteryx
Own the end-to-end configuration process of an automation request from the Business, using Alteryx Technology
Own internal client relationships between HL Automation CoE and Global Finance & Business Management users; translating business requirements into technical requirements
Create executive level presentations and status updates provided to clients and stakeholders
Manage and prioritize the demand pipeline for solution development; partner with peers on the CoE team to provide planning and implementation support.
Provide training & support for enhanced automation solutions, ranging from process creation and validation to user training and security access.
Document and distribute the overall best practices / standards for usage of automation & data transformation technologies, for internal client usage.
Develop and deliver training program to enable users within Global Finance & Business Management to develop these tools themselves to drive adoption.
Qualifications:
Have experience in planning, executing, and delivering products or solutions that require collaboration between multiple people, teams, or individual processes
Knowledge of process automation software such as Alteryx
Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence to drive change, prior experience in taking products from concept to realization
Strong critical thinker and problem solver that thinks outside the box to break project roadblocks
Past experience working in a matrix organization and working independently are essential
Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation/demoing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels (senior executives to process SMEs) and partner with technical teams outside the CoE
Solution oriented and a roll up your sleeves / 'get it done' attitude
Excellent program management and client relationship management skills
