Keeping the restaurants clean and ready for more guests is the job of the cruise ship Busboy. They are also always ready to assist waiters and waitresses when they need it to deliver food and drinks to the tables.
Duties and Responsibilities
assist Waiters in the food and beverage service.
assists Waiters in the setting up of tables and the preparation of mise en place.
is responsible for cleaning procedures for the entire Restaurant.
is responsible for the proper handling and cleaning of working material.
Do any side jobs that are assigned.
