Regional IT, Field IT, Application Development, Information Security, Interacts with Business Partners & or IT Staff to Gather & Document Information Related to Requirements & or Software Testing, Gathers Information From Multiple Sources & Independently Sorts Medium to High Complexity Business Issues to Recommend Appropriate Direction, Frequently Leads Large Project Efforts, Analyzes Business Processes & Associates Them to Software Deliverables, Develops & or Executes Test Scripts Against Requirements, Drafts & Reviews Documentation in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process, Develops & or Maintains a Business Model That Reflects Current Processes & Business Rules, Provides & or Consolidate Input to Scoping & Impact Analysis for Future Deliverables, Mentors Those in Less Senior Positions
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS or related discipline. Experience: Eight (8) years related professional experience in internal solutions: software design and development or external solutions: system development or programming in an information/logistic systems, electrical engineering or warehouse/supply chain management (SCM) environment, inclusive of at least five (5) years in a lead technical development/support role
