BUILDING / FACILITIES MAINTENANCE IN-CHARGE
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE experience as Facilities and Building Maintenance In-charge.
Can conduct daily routine inspection of building / facilities and equipment such as but not limited to lighting, air conditioning units; piping/plumping and water pumps.
With hands on knowledge in maintenance and repair of building equipment, including but not limited to lighting, air conditioning units; piping/plumping and water pumps is required.
Able to make reports based on the findings from the routine inspection under building/facilities.
Must be able to do cleaning, adjusting, replacing and emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to all facilities.
Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
Must be able to test and confirm projects/renovations/repairs and the like conducted by contractors or other third-party entities.
