Job Description:
See to it that all IPI buildings and all the parts thereof (structure, plumbing, electrical, electrical, partitions, finishes, etc.) are all in good condition.
Monitor maintenance and upkeep services.
Manage permitting requirements of IPI buildings.
As-built Plans (and other necessary drawings)
Collating requirements for processing
Procurement of Construction Services
Which includes preparation of the following:
Bidding Documents
Pre-Construction Documents
Permitting Requirements
Job Requirements:
Licensed Architect
Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Sketchup, Rendering Softwares, etc.
Knowledgeable in Architecture and Construction
Willing to be taught and trained
Willing to work overtime and Must be Honest / Hardworking and with Initiative
