Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) Electrical Engineering or equivalent
With experience in Architecture/ Interior office Fit out / Civil structural works
Expert in local building codes and international standards in design and construction industry
Knowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic design development, project handover and supervision
1-4 years' experienced employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
Required Skill(s): HVAC maintenance, air-conditioning maintenance, facilities management
Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Duties and Responsibilities:
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Preparing reports, estimates and filling in other paperwork
Overseeing civil/architectural, electrical and IT works
Supervising the maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the office building including its amenities utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness
Periodically conducting maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair/renovation needs of the building
Providing safety and security to the office employees
Monitoring movement and maintaining record of all company's assets including but not limited to store and office equipment and fixtures
Developing, reviewing and improving administrative system, policies and procedures
Providing technical supervision of construction works of the office
Coordinating and overseeing contract providers of services (i.e., engineering, security, parking, housekeeping, etc.)
Planning of expenses for repair, operation, and maintenance of office premises
