You'll assist shoppers with their product inquiries, orders, deliveries, and more - all while building a rewarding career in a fun and supportive environment. No experience? No problem! We'll train you and help you succeed in the BPO industry.
 
What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email
Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds
Provide accurate information about products and services
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Maintain records and ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications
HS/SHS graduate, college level, or college graduate (any course)
No experience required - paid training provided!
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Computer literate and detail-oriented
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on shifting schedules
