This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and assisting brokers with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude that fits well within our team culture.Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks related to mortgage and loan processing.
Accurately input and manage client and loan application data.
Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to obtain and verify necessary documentation.
Maintain and update client records within the CRM system.
Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and agreements.
Perform compliance checks and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Provide general support to brokers, including calendar management and email correspondence.
Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows.
Requirements:
Previous experience in broker support, mortgage processing, or financial services is required. Preferably based in Bacolod who are comfortable with the hybrid arrangement.
Strong administrative and data entry skills with high accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to new processes and challenges.
