A. JOB IDENTIFICATION
Position/Title: BRANDING MANAGER
B.. KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Reports to: VICE PRESIDENT
C. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and executes marketing plans for brand and product positioning, marketing communication, digital campaigns and activities such as managing websites, eCommerce, social media, and online ad placement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing and digital activities concerning business objectives and identify reasons for success or failure.
Manage marketing plans and strategy.
Conducts analysis and periodical review of brands, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to develop programs that enhance the brands equity and marketplace performance. Studies new possible channels and markets.
Conceptualizes product offerings, and ad creation to boost the usage of the product.
Manage marketing budgets. Submits post-campaign evaluation, expense reports and performance of team members.
Ensure implementation of developmental plans and executes other marketing-related duties as required.
D. QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaign
Amenable to working on-site from Mondays to Fridays and must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
