He/she will define the way that shippers and customers understand Ninja Van and its services. Responsibilities Create and execute all brand marketing strategies and activities that will increase brand awareness Deliver brand campaigns that are aligned with the marketing calendar for all marketing strategies Create, update and enforce brand guidelines so all creative work is cohesive and aligned Create content of projects, strategy and alignment of projects, product positioning, concentration and knowledge of target audiences, messaging and branding Create decks and other visual materials that illustrate various campaigns Evaluate the productivity of the marketing plans and projects Evaluate current trends in marketing to incorporate into your work Perform and review analysis on the health of our brands, including the success of our brand marketing campaigns Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales and other units across all regions Utilize marketing resources including external advertising agencies or marketing firms, if needed Other tasks, as may be assigned by the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or Regional Marketing team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields from a reputable university At least 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing or relevant field - brand marketing, digital marketing or campaign marketing; experience working in an ad agency is an advantage Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies With proven experience in customer and market research Excellent attention to detail, project management skills and creative thinker A data driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results With relevant product and industry knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Submit a job application By applying to the job, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy Notice (the "Notice") and consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data by Ninja Express Tech Philippines, Inc.
