ZALORA Advertising Platform
Secure investments for the ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) from brand partners to improve brand marketing exposure and performance, while achieving advertising revenue targets.
Develop and execute co-marketing strategies including securing investments for co-marketing activities such as but not limited to: social media giveaways, influencer seeding, events, pop-up stores, offline activations, etc.
Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Take the lead on managing brands under ZALORA's key growth categories: Kids, Luxury, Accessories, Beauty, Home.
Support other cross-category initiatives under Apparel, Sports, and Shoe brands.
Brand Campaign Management
Support the Marketing team in the strategy, conceptualization, development, and execution of a series of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve sales targets while ensuring proper delegation of projects.
Manage overall day-to-day operational campaign management, ensuring all brand campaigns are delivered effectively and on time and properly distributed across all marketing channels.
Work with both local and regional Commercial, Planning, Analytics, and Revenue teams to plan, execute and ensure the profitability of brand campaigns.
Understand and utilize various analytics, reports, and platforms to achieve daily objectives, and to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Work with onsite and design teams to develop conceptual user journeys and landing pages across brand campaigns, with respect to customer experience.
Write copy and provide the creative brief to the design team for marketing asset creation while liaising with brands.
Communicate and collaborate with multiple teams across Buying, Operations, and various local and regional marketing channels (performance marketing channels, onsite, CRM, social media, PR, partnerships, SEO, etc.), as well as external stakeholders (brand and industry partners), to ensure effective multi-channel campaign execution.
Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Write and file DTI Permits for brand campaigns, including sales, giveaways, and other promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in campaign management. Fresh graduates may be considered for an entry-level position
Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative flair
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as their Google counterparts
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
A discerning eye for fashion and design
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while being meticulous and detail-oriented
Want to gain hands-on experience with customer analytics and behavior, as well as online marketing and web development strategies
