Responsible for creating brand strategies such as positioning, scheduling and deciding on the selling platform

Conduct research and study on market trends and customer behavior
Constantly attuned with the latest and future market trends related to the brand
Assist in developing online marketing activities
Develop activities to increase brand awareness among target market
Conceptualizes marketing plan/efforts to increase market share and generate brand awareness
Responsible in thinking of new licensing opportunities as well as handling coordination with the licensing agencies.
Responsible in updating Product Knowledge Training (PKT) as necessary based on new product development
May conduct product trainings to orient sales department on new product innovations.
Coordinate with third party suppliers as necessary in developing new items
Implement improvement in the process for more efficient operations.
Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related course
At least 1-2 years' experience in related field
Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
Must be familiar with manufacturing industry
Has skills in graphic designing, social media managing and content writing.
