We are looking for a Brand Associate to take the lead on implementing various projects & events for our subsidiary. With some of the projects having ties with real estate, knowledge on this industry is amust.
As a Brand Associate, you should be an organized professional who is able to plan, implement and evaluate campaigns of the assigned brand. We also expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills, well organized and has great project management abilities to oversee multiple running projects at the same time.
You will be reporting to the Brand Marketing Head and will work with both the Marketing and Executive committees with the development and implementation of brand projects for the subsidiary and other related activities. You must also be able to cultivate a positive company image.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Create marketing campaigns for brand products & services to increase brand awareness and sales performance
Conduct research for the assigned subsidiary to understand the landscape better
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
Ensure strong brand presence across multiple channels
Ensure successful implementation of brand projects
Report to the Brand Manager on the results of various marketing campaigns
Participate in organizing promotional events to positively represent the brand and company
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Business Administration, AB Communications or related field
Preferably has 1 to 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
Has experience in events management and brand management
Must be fluent in English and Filipino
Knowledgeable in project management & crafting various marketing campaigns
Ability to conduct market analysis
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent critical and communication skills
