Growth and profitability of Cody Marketing Corp.
 
Functions:
Enhance and grow new business opportunities with established customers; develop new customers in the market.
Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
Oversee day-to-day operational aspects including distribution, logistics and manpower.
Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.
Revises and implements the sales strategies plans.
Locates areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities for the employees and business unit
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Provides training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel.
Develops forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Manages budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Stay well-informed of competing markets and provide reports on market movement.
Monitors staff performance levels, provides feedback on and helps identify improvement opportunities.
Meet or exceed established business and profit growth targets; remain accountable for products.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
College graduate, preferably with a degree in business or related course
Sales management, operation and logistics management background or any experience with same capacity
Leadership skills, strategic, analytical and data analysis skills
Driver's license
Market insight is a plus
