BRANCH TREASURY OFFICER
 
Overview:
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly trustworthy Branch Treasury Officer to manage branch-level cash, bank, payables, and purchasing activities. This role is critical in ensuring strong financial controls, documentation compliance, and efficient fund utilization.
 
Key Responsibilities
Manage cash and bank transactions, including petty cash, check releasing, and reconciliations
Ensure complete and compliant documentation for payments, customers, and vendors
Handle accounts payable, payment scheduling, vouchers, and liquidation reports
Evaluate expenses, validate vendors, and monitor deposits and budgets
Support purchasing and canvassing, including quotations, bidding, and price monitoring
Maintain accurate financial records and reports in line with company policies
Qualifications
Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or related course
With experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-driven
Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
Able to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and email platforms.
