Succeeding in its holistic approach in managing business JFC were able to expand in Davao (Year 2012), Iloilo (Year 2015), Bacolod (Year 2017), Cagayan (Year 2018), Dumaguete (Year 2019) and Tacloban (Year 2020).

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - HORECA
(Hotels, Restaurants & Catering Sector)
 
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BSBA), Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Established network within the hotel and HORECA community
Knowledge of meat cuts, yields, hygiene standards, and cold-chain operations relevant to foodservice sales.
Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage and grow business relationships.
Comfortable with field sales, including regular visits and kitchen-level discussions with chefs and operations teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Must hold a valid driver's license and know how to drive.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage direct HORECA accounts, including hotels, resorts, restaurant groups, and banquet kitchens.
Promote meat products and customized cutting solutions tailored to specific kitchen requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with hotel procurement teams and executive chefs.
Coordinate with production and cutting teams to ensure accurate specifications, quantities, and quality for orders.
Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining proper cold-chain standards.
Forecast demand, manage repeat orders, and drive sales volume and revenue growth across assigned accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, quality issues, and complaint resolution.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and consumption patterns in the hotel and restaurant industry to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account action plans as needed.
