BRANCH FINANCE MANAGER
 
Job Description:
 
Coordinates with all departments under Branch and Central Accounting, He / She will supervise and oversee the accounting activities and financial reporting.
 
Principal responsibilities:
Preparation of Financial Statements and other financial reports.
Facilitate preparation of Budgets and Sales Forecasts and analyze variances.
Analysis and monitoring of revenues.
Analysis and monitoring of Operating Expenses.
Analysis and monitoring of Vehicle and Parts inventory.
Facilitate monthly reconciliation of Inventory per books versus per warehouse for Vehicle and Parts inventory.
Supervise and oversee the analysis and recording of acquisition, disposal, depreciation and appraisal of fixed assets.
Recommends and maintains business and operating processes for Branches to ensure proper internal controls exist and are followed in order to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Ensure proper reporting and paying of tax obligations of the Branches to the proper governmental agencies.
Review revolving fund replenishments of branches.
Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
The perfect fit should posses the following:
A Bachelor's degree graduate in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
Candidate with a strong background in preparing financial statements and other accounting reports.
Proficient in using the Excel application.
With excellent oral and written communications skills.
Should have at least five (5) years work experience of the same capacity.
