Job Description:
• Developing learning and development materials, such as digital presentations, how-to
manuals, and instructional videos
• Conduct refresher trainings
• Preparation of procedures, policies regarding sales techniques, and appropriate employee conduct
• Participate in Internal & External Calibrations
• Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various topics to prepare and support new employees
• Training experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve
their performance
• Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of
improvement
• Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team
progress reports
• Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer
satisfaction
• Send reports to the Operations team on the progress or pending status of activities
• Ensure successful execution of training needs and measure program training effectiveness
• Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
Requirements:
• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree; if not, at least 1 - 2 years of relevant working
experience with the same capacity
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching
platforms
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
• Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrate the ability to apply analytical and logical thinking in gathering and
analyzing data and/or situation/s
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig and on a night/shifting schedule
