Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, with a focus on General Accounting, Cost Management, Internal Controls, and Financial Analysis.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as a Finance Manager/Sr. Finance Manager/Controller in a BPO/ITO/Shared Services company.
Technical accounting knowledge and expertise in PFRS and IFRS.
Strong understanding of BIR, SEC, PEZA, FIRB, and Local Statutory Compliance.
Six Sigma Training/Certification (LSSGB/LSSBB) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willing to work in Alabang (temporary hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Furnish comprehensive financial information to executive management for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards, specifically PFRS and IFRS
Supervise all financial control activities, including the examination and analysis of monthly and quarterly figures and disclosures.
Ensure the timely closing of the company's books of accounts on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.
Manage overall accounting functions such as Accounts Payable/Payments, Accounts Receivable/Collection, and General Ledger.
Handle the company's cash flows.
Stay updated on changes in BIR, SEC, PEZA, FIRB, and Local Statutory Compliance, ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant regulations. 9. Monitor and enhance internal controls.
Supervise the finance team, providing leadership and guidance for professional development.
Salary: P150,000 - P210,000
