Job Description
Handles day-to-day BPO Operations which includes handling, email and chat handling and updating of trackers
Responsible for conducting regular coaching sessions and mentoring of agents in order to improve team and individual performance
Prepare and analyze reports related to the operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Holder, any field
With at least 3-5 years experience in BPO Operations
Amenable to work in Munoz, Quezon City
