Process claims accurately and efficiently for various behavioral health services
Review rejected claims and submit appeals as necessary
Verify insurance benefits and communicate relevant information with clients and teammates
Obtain authorizations from insurance payors for needed treatment services
What You Must Possess
BPO experience (at least six months)
Medical billing and insurance verification experience
Excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn
Attention to detail
Positive attitude toward work
Being a team player
What You Shall Receive
