How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Gain and maintain extensive knowledge of different coverage and policies with mixed use of products. * Maintain accurate patient insurance records.
Verify patient insurance coverage.
Data entry, accurate filling of online forms.
Record full details of outbound communications with providers.
Maintain confidentiality of all information.
Adhere to all compliance guidelines and regulations.
Prior Authorizations applicable for products.
Maintain good working relationship with vendor representatives.
What You Must Possess
Must be a College Graduate - any course (not necessarily medical-related)
Medical Terminology experience and knowledgeable with CPT codes in BPO setup * Medical practice software experience
Health insurance experience (at least 1 year)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Standard computer software program proficiency (Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills via phone, email and chat * Customer service skills and experience
Dependable and dedicated to patients and medical practice
Optimistic, positive attitude
Self-motivated and an independent worker
Comfort with meeting SLA
