An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Book Keeping Firm for an experienced, vibrant and highly motivated Book Keeper.
Reporting to the CEO you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced Book Keeper with proven experience in Bookkeeping and Accounts Administration within a high-performance team.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
-Daily reconciliation of clients accounts using Dext & Bank feeds
-Payroll admin and processing through MYOB, Xero & QBO
-BAS preparation
-Month-end Reconciliations
-Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients
-Assist in creating monthly financial reports
-Assist in preparation of budgets (Annually)
-Assist in making marketing presentations using PowerPoint
-Assist in writing blog post for social media marketing and website
-Minimise costs and outlays to the Agency (Ongoing)
Requirements
Key Job requirements
-Qualified Bookkeeper or CPA
-Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
-Highly organized, process oriented
-Experience in MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks, Receipt Bank (DEXT)
-Minimum of 2 years of experience
-Experience with Australian client
-Sound understanding of Payroll, BAS and GST
-Sound knowledge/understanding of payroll, accounts payable and receivable processes
-Great knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint
Benefits
Benefits:
1. Monthly Salary: Php 25,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on 1st and 16th of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
-10 days annual leave credits
-5 days sick leave
-13th Month Pay
5. Laptop provided after 30 days
6. This is a (permanent) work from home role. You will have to use your own internet
7. Shift times will be 5.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday
