Techno Global Team, Inc is in need of an expert Bookkeeper with US Accounting experience for one of its prestigious campaign.
As a Bookkeeper, You will be responsible for processing the transactions for multiple clients in various industries. Work requirements vary per client. Ultimately the transactions are used to produce the financials for each company.
Primary Job Function:
Proces the following transaction with high level of accuracy and logic.
Accounts Payables
Accounts Receivables
Reconcile Bank Statements
Month End Close
Financial Reporting
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
US Experience is required.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
Knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in using accounting software such as QBO, Xero, Netsuite
Proficient in using excel & word
Organized & enjoys fast paced environment
Self-starter willing to learn and grow
Must be detail oriented & proficient with numbers
Can work under minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Flexible in terms of schedule - NIGHT SHIFT
