**Responsibilities**
- Perform bookkeeping on cloud software
- Prepare monthly financial statements and month-end closings
- Prepare and file sales tax returns
- Work as a team on our clients' files
- Participate in the integration of our clients towards a digital practice and the implementation of processes.
- Take on various challenges specific to a fast-growing firm
**Conditions**
- Our offer is from 45k - 65k PHP per month + 13th month pay. Compensation review will happen annually. You will be working as a self-employed contractor and responsible for your own retirement plan and health insurances.
- Working hours are from 8pm to 5am PHT with one hour break from Monday to Friday. You will have 2 weeks vacation + Christmas week vacation + Philippine Holidays included.
- 100% work from home. You need to have a stable internet connection at home, and we will provide company equipment.
- You will work in a French speaking environment, although you are not expected to talk or understand the language. Google translate comes handy!
**Aptitudes and Qualification**
- Experience with bookkeeping work
- Experience with Excel, Quickbooks Online and Xero
- At ease with technology
- High autonomy
- Rigorous and attentive to details
- Quick learner
