Our technology platform delivers a modern healthcare experience that brings the doctor, the pharmacy and ongoing care right to our patients.

Pilot provides men with a safe space to access care for sexual health, hair and weight
Kin supports a woman's entire fertility and health journey
Software makes it easy to access effective anti-aging and acne treatment
Juniper supports older women through menopause and their weight loss journey

We currently have offices and patients in Sydney, London, and have recently opened an office in Manila. We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join us on our next stage of growth.
Working closely with our internal and external customers, your key responsibilities include:
Management of EDI tool for receiving purchase orders, confirming availability of stock for order and raising invoices in our accounting system (Xero)
Management of outstanding debtors and following up on payment
Managing the reconciliation of company banking in Xero, ensuring correct allocation to invoices and credit notes
Maintaining invoicing for our third party pharmacy entities, including ad-hoc calculations
Maintaining invoicing for business commissions as and when they arise
Managing intercompany invoicing as required
Assistance in reconciling employee expenses in our virtual card platform
Support end of month activities and assistance to the Senior Bookkeeper as required.
Skills and abilities required:
Min 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to form and maintain business partner relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support key outcomes
The ability to learn new ERP and software systems
Experience in a FMCG or stock holding company required
Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise workflow
Experience in Xero, or similar ERP, will be highly regarded
