bookkeeper (for us based company, Work From Home)Clinic IT Network Support And Business Solutions, Inc.

As the bookkeeper, you will work with the head of finance to maintain our books on a day-to-day basis. This will include:
● Entering and paying bills
● Entering invoices
● Entering customer payments
● Reconciling credit card statements and bank accounts
● Keeping track of deferred revenue including project deposits and prepaid accounts
● Completing various bookkeeping tasks as assigned by the head of finance
Requirements:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AN US BASED COMPANY
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SOME HOURS DURING US TIME
● At least 5 years of Quickbooks Desktop experience (we use Quickbooks Enterprise)
● Understanding of basic business accounting such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deferred Revenue, Income Statement, Balance Sheet
● Ability to follow specific instructions, complete projects on your own, and know when to stop and ask for help
● Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets skills
● Excellent communication and email skills including experience using Slack or Teams
