Job Description:
To carry out architectural, structural and MEP modeling using Revit
Comply with company BIM standards
Ensure design intent and excellent technical solutions are achieved throughout the project
Provide drafting and BIM support to HK team on the agreed schedule
Work closely with engineers and project team to ensure drawings are accurate
Prepare design development, contract and detail documentations drawings
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Architecture or related engineering courses
Extensive experience using Revit Architecture with proven experience, min of 3 years
Good knowledge of building MEP services
Can adhere to the company production standards and filing system
Capable of using AutoCAD 2017 and later versions
Has good background on Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion and other presentation programs
Competent in setting up Revit Architecture drawings with appropriate sheets
Can use MS Office programs
Able to amend and produce Revit symbols for the in-house library
Able to assist in the production of 3D drawings and schematic drawings up to construction level
Strong design coordination skills
Good written & verbal English language skills
Must be self-motivated
Strong interface skills
Must be capable of working from home (until situation on COVID19 improves)
Must have decent internet speed (10mbps and up; company will provide internet allowance)
