The role will also be accountable for the overall 4PL Billing. The Billing Supervisor will be reporting directly to the 4PL Operations Manager Responsibilities: Oversees the preparation of Internal Billing for 4PL Transactions. Maintains and/or ensures maintenance of 4PL records related to invoicing and bill payment. Reviews work of 4PL partners to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed. Qualifications: Candidates must be a college graduate. Must have at least 3 years of work experience as Billing and Finance Supervisor in the Courier and Logistics Industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills. Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations. Ability to maintain records and produce reports. Extreme attention to detail. Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
