JOB SUMMARY
In this position, you will undertake the billing operations in our Finance department. You must have high degree of accuracy to verify and ensure payment on a timely manner, guarantee smooth operations and good relationship with the suppliers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for receiving and validating of Supplier invoices within the agreed SLA
Ensures that invoices are accurately billed based on contracts and best practices
Manage the status of invoices and ability to identify inconsistencies
Prepares and keep track of check payment requests and secures management approval
Coordinate with Finance to ensure all invoices are accepted and 3PLs are paid
Records management of proof of deliveries
Increase cost savings initiatives by being able to raise questionable charges through audit
Strengthen monitoring of actual billing per 3PL
Report process flow issues to immediate Superior
Coordinate reconciliation and closure of month-end billing
Process past due invoices and failed billing
Any other tasks instructed by immediate superior
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
With at least two-year College degree
Has worked as an Accounting/ Office Assistant/ Clerk or similar role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
Can comprehend in English both written and oral
With good analytical skills
