This position is also responsible for documentation as it comes to the office, entering data into the system and submitting all claims by performing the following duties:Follow all work processes and procedures while maintaining compliance to the rules and regulations with the company policies and insurance contracts.Generate and review pharmacy system claims report ensuring required billing information is complete.Prepare electronic billing of clean claims and upload to provider portal. Refer unusual problems to billing manager.Prepare billing documentation and assign invoice for submission to insurances.Review, understand, and maintain insurance contract files.Assist with accounts receivable for collections of contracts charges.All other duties as assigned by the Billing ManagerJoin the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
