Job Description
We need a billing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of collections.
 
Important Note:

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate, timely client invoices with complete documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring accurate aging reports, proper application of credits and collections, and resolution of discrepancies, including uncollectible accounts.
 Proactively monitor and collect receivables through phone, email, and written correspondence.
Issue official receipts and complete all related tax documentation in compliance with regulations.
Cooperate accounting operations, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulations, including computation, filing, and payment of VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory obligations.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing Specialist, ideally within a logistics or service-based company.
Strong communication and negotiation skills — must be confident, persistent, and results-oriented.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with AR policies and audit processes is a plus.
