Job Description
The Billing Specialist is responsible for providing sales operations and billing support for our APAC Partner Success Centre.
This role provides sales operations, analytical and administrative support to facilitate the end to end operational process.
The Partner Success Centre has been established to deliver the following:
*First and foremost a great customer experience!
*Complex Monthly Billing and Operations delivery
*Tool and system enhancement
*Training and enablement for internal users and external customers and vendors in relation to billing outputs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Customer Service:
*To deliver first and foremost a great customer experience for our internal and external stakeholders
*Escalating and following up on emails from customers' inquiries to our internal teams and relaying these updates back to the client
*Understanding of complex billing requirements across multiple vendors and customers
*Become the subject matter expert for our resellers/vendors in delivery of quotation creation, billing invoicing and reporting as required across multiple vendors and services.
*License renewal and contract renewal management as required by each Customer and Vendor set.
*Reporting as required by GSCS/Regional business
*Operational review preparation as required.
*Provide business analytics to meet customer and vendor requirements (both proactively and on request)
*Internal and external sales and operations enablement to understand complex billing models
*Providing daily reports and analysis as identified
*Order Validation, Order Entry and other keying functions as required
*Assist with preparation of swim lanes, flow charts and job aids
*Maintain process documentation and workflows
*Assist with Monthly reporting activity as required
*End of Month operations tasks as required to assist business unit
*Build business process and application automation as required to reduce manual tasks
*Your aim is to become a subject matter expect in your field with a relentless drive toward process improvement and automation
REQUIREMENTS
*Experience in recurring billing models, procurement, sales operations or finance
*Sound understanding of distribution channel, preferably hands-on experience
*Good/Clear English
*Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively
*High level of customer service skills
*Good administrative skills with attention to detail and good follow-up
*General computer literacy
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information appropriately
*Working independently without established procedures and under minimal supervision
*Proactive in seeking resources and information where required
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Strong analytical capability
*Adaptable, Agile and Open Minded
