Mega Mile Trans is looking for an additional Team Player!
We're urgently hiring an ACCOUNTING STAFF (Billing Officer)
Responsibilities:
​Issue invoices to customers
Issue monthly customer statements
Update customer files with issued invoices
Process credit/debit memos
Update the customer master file
Track exceptions between the shipping charges and domestic charges
Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
Submit invoices by electronic data interchange/VIIS
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge in General Accounting, and Audit Standards.
Knowledge in Oracle-based Accounting System is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software especially Excel.
Must be keen, responsible and able to work under pressure
Must possess interpersonal and analytical skills;
Applicant should be willing to work in Intramuros, Manila
Willing to work for extended hours when necessary.
Can start ASAP.
