Key Tasks:
Responds to Payments, Bill Enquires and complicated Bill Disputes.
Chase down missing billing files and general billing related questions.
Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Sales, Provisioning, Engineering, etc.) for disputes investigation and resolution
Consults with Management as needed to resolve difficult dispute cases.
Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Sales, Provisioning, Engineering, etc.) for disputes investigation and resolution
Qualifications and Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Requires a minimum of 1 year experience with disputes management will be viewed favorably
Good product and process knowledge
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications e.g. MS Word and Excel
