Responsibilities:
Create and validate weekly and monthly B2B billing.
Interpret data and analyze results.
Coordinate with agents regarding errors or agent’s action that impacts billing.
Create and maintain technical documentation for databases and reporting procedures.
Reconciliation and validation of financial data.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies using advanced MS Excel functions and PostreSQL queries.
Assist with the review, consolidation and reduction of data discrepancies.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Produce monthly reports using advanced Excel spreadsheet functions.
Other task that may assigned from time to time.
