Job Description
Ensure accuracy and timely invoicing/ billing of MRs
In-charged of processing and generating billing
Send monthly collection follow-up thru sending of SOA
Sends copy of billing thru e-mail or via customer's portal including updating POD in SF
Negotiate with customers with dues below 30 days (includes recommendations on payment terms)
Preparation of Orginal Receipts (OR - for online payments), includes sending to the client either thru e-mail or courier and updating of POD in SF
Minimum Qualifications
With Bachelor's degree in Financial or Management Accounting. Completion of BS Accountancy is an advantage.
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and applications
Working experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit, and Collection
Credit processing and receivables management
With high integrity, positive, and proactive attitude
