Job Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure the reimbursement documents from affiliated car company (supplier) and outsources (individual) are correct, complete and follow the company rules.
Prepare the report summary transportation costs and fines of affiliated car company (supplier) and outsources (individual).
Submit the documents of transportation expense for reimbursement approval process.
Coordinate the information of the price table for each route for affiliated car company (supplier), outsources (individual) and other related parties.
Verify the accuracy of price for each route to be in line with price as indicated.
Others duties as assigned.
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Finance or related fields
Professional Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in billing and collection
Working experience in cost management
Others:
Strong and effective communication and negotiation skill
High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Willing to work Onsite at Robinsons Cybersigma, Mckinley West, Taguig
