BILINGUAL SPANISH REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
 
Roles and responsibilities:
Receive and answer inbound Spanish-speaking calls.
Receive and answer other inbound calls if necessary.
Handle customer requests, issues, and other concerns.
Respond to queries raised by customers and clients.
Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
Send messages to customers through chat or email.
Process payments and returns for customers or clients.
Qualifications:
At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Must be able to speak and understand Spanish.
Knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
Customer service (BPO) experience is an advantage, not required.
No experience in the BPO industry? Come and join us!

Should be willing to undergo training.
Available to start immediately.
