USRN with QUALITY OF CARE INVESTIGATION EXPERIENCE
JOB SUMMARY:
To review cases of grievances that needs to be investigated based on provider quality of care issue
To review multiple medical records, creating a summary for the medical director to review, and to provide overviews and output.
Full time RN who will manage a case volumes per month
To attend once weekly calls regarding researches and cases
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST have an ACTIVE USRN License
preferrably with QA/SME/Training Background
with Good comms skills and analytical skills
MUST have UM Appeals and Grievance auditing experience
