Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads the benefits review, design, and implementation for APACEvaluate and update existing benefit programs, which includes but not limited to insurance benefits, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, paid time off, and other supplemental benefits to ensure they remain competitive and cost effectiveConducts regular audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory complianceManages relationships with vendors and benefit providers ensuring high quality of service and cost-effective solutionsReviews utilization reports and assess effectiveness of benefit offeringsNegotiates contract and manage benefits renewalsOversees the benefits budget to ensure efficient allocation of resourcesMonitors and manages costs associated with all benefit programs and identify opportunities for possible cost-efficiency improvementsHarmonize benefits practices and guidelines across the region, where legally permissibleKnowledge and Skill RequiredStrong influence and ability to coordinate and effectively communicate with a diverse (multi-cultural and multi-country) set of stakeholdersEnergized by fast-paced environments including the ability to operate with competing priorities/deadlinesStrong knowledge and understanding of compensation practices, methodology, tools, and legislationKnowledge of HRIS software, preferably WorkdayAbility to utilize all Google Workspace tools (Gmail, GDrive, GDoc, GSheet, etc)Experience5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in the Compensation and Benefits space with a focus on benefits design and administration, ideally in a global publicly traded organizationEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldGlobal Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
