The Benefits Associate role is a temporary role with a fixed-term of 5-months. This role is established to assist the Sun Life's vaccination roll-out program that will run from July 2021 to January 2022. This role will support the day-to-day operations of the vaccine roll-out.

University degree with 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
Monitoring - Assist in ensuring that the master list of employees and dependents under Sun Life is up to date. Employees vaccination status should be maintained and kept up to date at all time
Coordinator - Acts as a focal point in coordinating with the different business units within and outside Human Resources for implementation of action plans related to the vaccination roll-out
Preparation of communication materials - Assist in preparing announcements, memos and infographics related to the vaccination program
Attend to employee queries, requests, and concerns - Respond to employee queries via email or mobile phone. Resolve employee requests and concerns related to the vaccination program
Site Representative - Will be assigned to vaccination site to liaise with vaccine provider and Sun Life Human Resources on urgent matters that may arise during the conduct of the vaccination program
