What is your mission?
As a Client Service Associate, you will be working with our Social Media Account to deliver #happier customer experience through email/phone/chat.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting
support to the client's B2B customers
Who are we looking for?
- Completed 2 years in college
- At least 6 months of chat support and 6 months of inbound
customer service experience
- Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work rotating shifts
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
