Job Description:
As a CS Representative, you will deliver support to the customers and clients of the world’s biggest and best brands. You will also be responsible for;
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
Basic Qualifications:
At least second-year college level, with 6 months to 1-year BPO experience is preferable.
Fluent in Mandarin and English language
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in shifting schedule
Basic Excel skills
