Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the fulfillment channels between the company and Chinese manufacturers
Take charge if orders aren't being met on time and deliveries are delayed
Reach out to the manufacturers and get things moving
Respond to all offline tickets by sending an email to customers and respond to their inquiries regarding refunds, shipping requests, etc
Job Qualifications
Must have an order processing/order fulfillment background in the US market
Must have a customer service experience
Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin
Can speak and write in basic Mandarin and fluent in English
Experience in order processing/fulfillment in the US
Must be amenable to work US hours
Has either of the following work experiences:
Virtual Assistant experience of at least one year doing fulfillment/order processing
Call Center customer support experience of at least one year (phone, email, and chat)
Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills - Can clearly and effectively convey the right information in verbal and written form;
Has active listening skills and effective probing skills
Flexible - Willing to take on tasks, instructions, and/or work requests as needed
Customer-focused - Someone who is willing to go an extra mile for their customers
Resilient - Can work with less supervision, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively
Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
Familiar with Google Suite, cloud services, and other online tools
