Description:
» Attends to the orders and requests of the customers
» Prepares and serves quality drinks while observing beverage safety standards.
» Ensures that the bar area is always equipped and ready to serve customers
» Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area and bathroom
» Manages the bar inventory properly
» Issues receipt, change, or refund of customers' transactions
» Provides feedback on customers' comments and concerns
» Follows all sanitation and store procedures (to maintain the quality of our products & services and ensure a safe working environment for the team)
» Checks & receives bar deliveries properly (counted & signed)
» Follows company rules
» Reports any inconsistencies in the store (in terms of following company rules, standards, and other integrity concerns)
» Reports bar concerns such equipment in need of repair, missing items, and the like that need to be addressed.
» Can be reassigned at another store when the need arises
» Performs other tasks and functions assigned by his/her superior
» Willing to work during weekends and holidays
» Willing to work on night shifts
Requirements:
» At least 2 years bartending practice
» Can work well with a team
» Can multi-task
